Daniel Reichard made his New York City theatrical debut in Forbbiden Broadway: 20th Anniversary Celebration, but is perhaps best known for originating the role of Bob Gaudio in Broadway’s JERSEY BOYS. Other starring roles in New York City include Candide in the New York City Opera’s CANDIDE, Keith Haring in the Public Theater’s RADIANT BABY, and Man in THE THING ABOUT MEN. His regional credits include the Goodspeed Opera House, the St. Louis MUNY, the Eugene O’Neill Center, the North Shore Music Theatre, and the Weston Playhouse. He also played the role of Frankie in the film version of the wildly-popular musical FOREVER PLAID. For the past five seasons, Reichard, along with fellow JERSEY BOYS co-stars, have toured North America as “The Midtown Men,” playing over 400 shows together, and recorded two albums, a Christmas single, and a television special for PBS. Additionally, over the years, Reichard has had a prolific cabaret career in New York City, having played dozens of solo engagements in venues all over Manhattan, including Birdland Jazz Club, 54 Below, the Metropolitan Room, Ars Nova, Stage 72, the Alvin Ailey Theatre, and Joe’s Pub
