Welcome to MusicTalks Concerto Course 2025

October 11-13, 2025 Final Concert: Monday, October 13th at 6pm

JCC Manhattan, 334 Amsterdam Ave. New York

Designed to give gifted students the opportunity to solo with the MusicTalks Orchestra comprised of professional musicians. This October the course will include Mendelssohn & Tchaikovsky Violin Concertos, Mozart Clarinet Concerto, Dvorak, Elgar & Haydn Cello Concertos and more.

The MusicTalks concerto course strives to provide a supportive, kind, and safe space for musicians ages 8-18 to explore, rehearse, and refine classical music performance and Creating a platform for young artists to have the unique experience of a first solo concerto performance with top-tier orchestral players.

Tuition for Oct 2025 course: $1100

Limited of Need-Based Scholarship are available

Cello Festival 2026 – August 2nd-6th, 2026 at JCC Manhattan

During this five-day intensive course led by Cellist Elad Kabilio and Violinist Masha Polishchuk students will participate in scale and warm up workshops, Bach Classes, cello ensemble coachings, master classes, and have the opportunity to learn chamber music masterpieces coached and performed side by side with renowned New York professional musicians with a focus on  Schubert Cello Quintet and Dvorak Bass quintet. Selected students will have the opportunity to solo with our chamber orchestra performing Haydn, Boccherini, Elgar and Vivaldi concertos as well as Kol Nidre and Elegie by Faure

Intermediate to advance cellists should apply, aged 10-18.

Cost: $1150 / 1750 (for soloists)

Scholarships are available upon application.
